That’s a great question, I have never dated anyone on my job nor while I was in high school, by choice. I have always said I didn’t want to date anyone that was going to be in my face all day for one. For two, you got relationship issues now they spill out into the work place and school. So no high school sweetheart memories for me ??
I think it all depends. Ideally, I would say it never works out, but if both individuals are strong minded and can learn to separate work from home then it could work. Also, both parties gotta know how to keep it on the low, because other people will seek to destroy.
It’s never a good idea. Once the relationship goes sour, it could be detrimental to you and the environment of work. One may try to sabotage you by telling lies (I know right petty) they may try to even stalk you at work. Most jobs do not allow being in a relationship with Co workers to be allowed at work so, with people knowING this, it could cause you your job.
Personally, I try not to date anyone from work, but I can see myself making acceptions if you see potential for mores. But I do believe that if you do date someone at work, in the beginning, it should be between the both of you because other people will try to break the relationship apart before it even starts .
